Sr. Manufacturing Engineer<< Select for Full Charter

  • The Sr. Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for the manufacturability of new and existing products for Quadristi. This will require collaboration during product design and may result in process development activities in house or at suppliers. In addition, this role will also identify and specify required tools and equipment to support the designed manufacturing process.
  • The described individual will require technical leadership in the development of robust manufacturing practices and continuous improvement of existing processes. In addition, the selected applicant would facilitate production builds to ensure processes are running as intended. As a senior level contributor, it is required that the candidate be comfortable and effective at mentoring other team members.
  • The successful candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communications skills, and be able to work well with other disciplines such as Project Management, Sales and Marketing, Quality, Product Engineering, and Operations. The Manufacturing Engineer must be self-directed, and must show initiative in novel manufacturing system design.

  • The Sr. Electrical Engineer will be responsible for generating and documenting world class innovative designs that define the electrical architecture for Quadristi New Product Development projects. These activities will require design documentation in the form of Design Requirements and Specifications, Circuit Design, Schematic Capture, DFMEAs, Test Protocols, and Test Reports. As a senior level contributor, it is required that the candidate be comfortable and effective at mentoring other team members.
  • In addition, this role will require technical leadership in root cause analysis (lead by Quality) of failed units both during product development as well as field returns of released product.
  • The described individual will work on ensuring design compliance with both internal and external requirements to drive future success of the business.
  • The successful candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communications skills, and be able to work well with other disciplines such as Project Management, Sales and Marketing, Quality, Manufacturing, and Operations.   • This position is accountable to learn through training, work experience and possibly schooling to advance to the next assembler level. The goal of the Panel Builder (Assembler) at Level 1 is to acquire a keen sense of print reading skills, knowledge of assembly processes, and overall theory of both mechanical and electrical assembly principles
  • Qualified candidates will be based in the Greater Rochester area and will have at least a High School diploma or equivalent education. Related work experience in the field is preferred

Panel Builder (Assembler) Level 2<< Select for Full Charter

  • This position is accountable to have the knowledge and ability to perform all aspects of Panel Building , while assisting all other Production employees with daily activities, when required. Initiating, recommending or providing solutions. The goal of the Panel Builder (Assembler) at Level 2 is to gain enough knowledge and to have the ability to perform at a level to be considered for Master Builder
  • Qualified candidates will have at least a High School diploma or equivalent education with 2 years of related working experience in the field

    Field Account Manager<< Select for Full Charter

    • This position is accountable for sales of all product lines within Simcona Electronics portfolio to maximize growth, productivity and simplicity. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the business strategies for long term organic growth through effective sales processes and efforts.
    • Qualified candidates will be based in the Greater Rochester area and will have at least a Bachelor’s degree. Minimum 3 years direct field sales experience within the electronics industry and three or more years of similar B2B (business to business) sales experience. Two or more years experience with multi-level sales and distribution models a plus. B2B sales experience with wire and other ‘commodity’ electrical products a plus. Experience working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). Qualified candidates should have excellent verbal and written communication skills along with strong influencing skills; the ability to work in a matrix organization and team environment. Customer focus is key within this position.

    • This position is responsible for daily tasks within the warehouse and to ensure the quality is implemented, maintained and continually improved. The goal of the Material Handler is to understand all warehouse operations and perform at the highest levels to exceed customer expectations.
    • Qualified candidates will be based in the Greater Rochester area and will have at least a High School diploma with approximately 2 years of related working experience in this field.
