Engineering Manager
Engineering Manager will be responsible for electrical and mechanical engineering for Simcona Manufacturing services, including industrial panel assembly and multiconductor cable manufacturing. In addition, the Engineering Manager will be responsible for information technology used across the corporation. The Engineering Manager will supervise and coach a team of approximately four (4) engineers, including electrical engineers, mechanical engineers, manufacturing engineers, IT engineers, CAD Designers, and engineering interns. We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Business Development Representative to support growth within our electrical distribution network. This hybrid position splits time equally between business development activities (50%) such as prospecting, cold calling, and managing accounts remotely and field-based work (50%), visiting existing customers to strengthen relationships, identify new opportunities, and ensure continued satisfaction with our products and services in the Ohio territory.
