Salary Range: 70,000 - 75,000 / year

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintains MRP and DBA & SAP system data to support effective scheduling and ultimately delivery to Simcona’s customers
• Supports the material handling teams to ensure work orders are started on time and the operations team is set up for success
• Drives true root cause analysis and corrective actions for OTD misses
• Team player that can engage cross functionally with multiple departments, and is willing to drive constructive conflict
• Understands and maintains capacity planning concepts and settings, and can effectively use them to manage customer orders and workload in their assigned value stream
• Works proactively to evaluate work order shortages and engages with the purchasing team to expedite purchase orders to meet customer due dates

Qualifications:

• Associates degree or equivalent experience is required. A bachelor’s degree in supply chain or Operations is strongly preferred
• 1-2 years of planning or equivalent Supply Chain experience is required
• CPIM certification through APICS a plus
• SAP experience preferred
• Proficient in MS Access and Excel
