1. How do I reach you if there is a product I'm looking for that's not on your website or out of stock?

2. What are the best times to contact Simcona?
Staff members are waiting by the phone/email to answer your inquiries Monday-Friday from 8AM-5PM EST.

3. When is the cutoff time for same day shipping?
All orders placed prior to 2PM EST will be shipped same day to their destination. If you're in need of an immediate shipment and you've placed your order after 2PM EST, give us a call and we'll do everything we can to get your order out of our doors and into yours.

4. When placing an order, what does the "Must be purchased in multiples of this quantity" mean?
When placing an order of a particular product, the product may come in standard packs of a particular quantity. For example, if you see the statement "1000 (Must be purchased in multiples of this quantity)", that means you may purchase the product starting at 1000 pieces minimum, in multiples of a thousand, meaning: 1000, 2000, 3000, 4000, 5000, 6000 etc. Further questions regarding the standard pack statement? 5. Are the products online the only products you have available?
No, Simcona stocks products from over 100 leading manufactures. The products on the website are our current in stock products and quantities. If you're looking for something not shown, or something that appears as out of stock, please contact us with your inquiry.

6. I don't see the manufacturer I'm looking for on your linecard, what should I do?
Contact us! We'd be happy to work with you to ensure that you are using the manufacturer you want, and getting the product you need.

7. What days of the year is Simcona closed for holidays in 2017?

8. Do you ship direct from your website internationally?

No, we do not ship direct from our website to other countries. However, by contacting Simcona in stock orders over $5,000 will be transacted.
What if you don't reach that minimum? It is at the discretion of Simcona Electronics to process the order if the order is under the minimum order amount. Please contact for further details.
